This. Wedding. Was. Brilliant.
By the time we got to Beeston Manor for Tara and Dan’s wedding we felt like we knew the pair very well. Partly because they are beautiful people and are very welcoming and partly because Tara went to every wedding fayre and open day at Beeston Manor. Every one. Literally any excuse to take a look round her venue – and rightly so!
The venue looked absolutely stunning for the pairs wedding, with the Oakland Room decked out with pastel blue sashes to match the bridal party. The ceremony was super laid back and Tara had the biggest smile on her face all the way through.
As the guests left the ceremony they piled outside into the beautiful gardens in the glorious sunshine that awaited. Alex from Zanda magic was doing the rounds and amazing guests with his ridiculous sleight of hand – perfect for us to get some reaction shots from stunned onlookers and to entertain guests while we took the arranged group shots.
The wedding breakfast held a surprise in store for the guests as Tara and Dan had organised for one of the true great wedding singers to entertain them with his own unique brand of rat pack style singing, flirting with the mother of the groom and… kissing blokes. All in a day’s work for Mr Howard Wing.
We managed to whisk the couple away just before the speeches took place when the light had become that little bit more gorgeous. The sun was in the early stage of setting and allowed for some softer light for the bridal and groom formals of the pair.
After Tara and Dan had their first dance the dance floor went crazy as Andy B pumped out some awesome music. Selfies, finger pointing, questionable dancing, ties around the head and lots of kissing (again, mainly the blokes) followed to top off an awesome wedding.
Thanks for the opportunity to capture the absurdly brilliant day guys.
