What an amazing time we had at Emma and Graham’s beautiful wedding at Cragwood Country House Hotel, Windermere. These two are such an awesome laid back couple it was so easy to capture the fun moments throughout the day amongst their family and friends.
Our morning began in one of the suites of the wonderful venue where the girls had a great hair and make up team working with them that morning whilst breakfast was served in the room on a full dining table. The rain kept coming and going but we were lucky enough for it to disappear in time for the ceremony so it could be held outside in the gazebo and allow for guests to enjoy reception drinks on the balcony wall outside overlooking the grounds. The ceremony was simply stunning and the cute glances that Emma and Graham gave each other throughout the vows was amazing, with Graham even being a little eager to get that first kiss.
With this wedding being so laid back and informal it was only fitting for the couple to have a BBQ wedding breakfast with an array of food for all the guests which was thoroughly enjoyed by everyone. A surprise had been arranged for after their meal which was a lake boat waiting to take all the guests for a lake cruise around Windermere. As the guests made their way onto the boat with champagne and beers handed out as they took their seats Emma’s dad, Graham and the best man took their positions at the front of the boat to begin their speeches. A round of shots , beers and champagne flowed around the boat as everyone enjoyed the rest of the lake cruise before heading back to Cragwood Hotel, Windermere to being their evening reception and watch on as Emma and Graham had their first dance.
An absolutely amazing wedding filled with an awesome venue set amongst beautiful scenery, hilarious guests who made every moment enjoyable and our special bride and groom who were just a pleasure to spend time with.
